Announcement to all Horizon Personnel

Attention Horizon crew,

Liason Officer and acting commander of the Horizon, Lieutenant Omikron Sevens has been recalled by his Imperial Council after they entered into war, he has resigned his commission in Starfleet indefinately. Starfleet has appointed Captain Narris Daz Trelak as captain of the Horizon.
