Comments on your posting: Really loves piloting. Loves having control over the ship, and enjoys the responsibilities that come with it. Having a seat in the control chair reminds her of the difference that her actions make, and the confidence that comes with it makes her feel good. Not the best pilot in the galaxy; not even one of the top 100, but not bad either. Certainly a passionate pilot, though, if nothing else.

Previous postings/experience: Served as a shuttle pilot and helm pilot on Starship Avalon. Spent a good period of time there, even serving in capacities such as Chief of Flight, and Asst. Chief of Flight for some time.

Previous Discipline problems: Had problems with another crew member; a few write ups of verbal arguments and involvment in at least one physical altercation with him. Spent 24-48 hours in the brig for the physical altercation, and was demoted for a period of time due to one of the verbal arguments.

RE: Interview.
-My first impression is a mix of feelings. I can't figure her out right now, she seems disciplined though her dress was all wrong, she had added clothing to the standard uniform. I have corrected her and she has altered her dress. I will watch her, I only hope she can live up to her rank!
