| Justin Crevan was sitting alone at the bar. He had his Music playing in his ear and a cup in his left hand. His other hand held his neckless tightly. His mind still running over the scenario of seeing Sel again. He sighed and took a drink of water. His mood had improved though and despite the depressing things he was thinking he was smiling and softly humming the tune to the song. An up beat rock song was playing. | |

| Rake barged into the lounge and frantically looked about, having forgotten his one glass of water before he'd left just previously. Upon seeing it still sitting all on its lonesome on a tabletop nearby the bar the cadet fox was sitting at, he sighed in relief. He'd hate to see a good drink of water go to waste, or into anyone else's mouth that was not his. As he past the strange Varian to go to the table, he noted the more happier air surrounding him and he let a smile slip despite himself. Rake had helped the guy, and if that didn't give him some pride, nothing would. He wiped the smirk from his face as he finished the rest of his cup of water. Turning, he sat on the seat in front of the table and said, "Evening, cadet. It seems your mood has improved, yes?" | |

| Justin Crevan noticed Rakes entry and watched him only for a moment or two. He returned to his drink and humming. The cup full of juice in his hand was slowly being emptied. His ears perked when he heard Rake speak to him. He turned to face him and smiled wider. "Hello Rake!" True, Rake helped him alot. "Yes I am alot happier then I was earlier. Thank you." He lightly tapped his foot to the beat of a new song, a classical piece. [and in this time period, it would be considered ANCIENT! like....rly rly rly old XD] | |

| [lol] Rake nodded, not returning the smile. "Well, don't be too optimistic. You don't want your hopes flying high, only to have it crushed, trust me," he said, smiling then. He stood and refilled his glass of water, taking another bottle of water from the replicator. He might as well eat, too, since he hadn't yet. First, remember to eat, and now he had to restrain himself from drinking too much water. The human body was cruel. So was life. | |

| Justin Crevan Finished his drink and shrugged. "I know Rake, I was just thinking about what I would do on the small possibility I did see her...Just in case I did." He shrugged and went to the replicator, getting himself seafood. He brought a plate full of steaming shell fish, a biscuit, salmon, and a small container of melted butter, back to the table. | |

| Rake cast a sidelong glance at the fox as he had his food materialized and looked away distastefully. Butter brought back all the farm memories. He could smell it from hundreds of miles away and know where it'd come from--or perhaps the Varian's earlier homesickness for his love lady had sensitized him. Either way, he kept such thoughts to himself and requested a small bowl of rice with a variety of meat and vegetables. Rice was best to be mixed. "Ah, yes. I shall even pray for your wish," he said, not altogether sarcastically, as he returned to his seat across from the Varian--the table behind the bar stool the fox sat upon. | |
