08 - Character Description = [Off Duty]A rather stunning creature stands before your own eyes, a lavender Twi'Lek. Her lekkus were wrapped in strips of black leather, and the lekkus themselves came down just below her chest. Eyes were of a light blue, and lips were a shade of black, from her lip came a strip of black, a marking of some sort. Top half of the lovely lady was a leather halter top that tied behind her neck. Stomach was shown bare, letting her toned abs show, but below her stomach would be a nice pair of tight, slightly shredded chaps with a bikini like bottom under it. The boots she would wear would be made of leather as well, but looked to be really thick in material.

[On Duty] The Twi'Lek's on duty clothes consisted of the usual Starfleet traditional black pants, shoes, socks and long sleeve shirt, the only difference would be the teal at her shoulders. A smile can always be found on her black lips, followed by the nod of respect for those around her. There would be nothing out of the norm for this Twi'Lek, except that the strips of black leather around her lekkus would now be turned and wrapped with a teal-like material.
09 - Sample RP post = Simorone sat alone in the lobby of the ship. Slumped over on her knees she sits waiting for someone to come out and give her a tour. One lovely bored expression would show on her face as her light blue eyes roamed around the room trying to find something to look at. An elbow would be perched up on her knee and her palm open for her head to lay on. She would stay in this position for a while until someone would come to her, no matter how long it would take, she wanted to be in Starfleet. Letting out a sigh she would look up to the person at the front desk and found them to be of an interesting species, but would stop staring after receiving a dark look from it, it wasn't polite to stare, she would remind herself. To replace her boredom and occupy herself, she starts to tap her foot while thinking of a song inside of her head to keep beat with. The poor little Twi'Lek would stay bored now, would someone come out to get her soon?
10 - Abilitiys/Skills/Strengths = I am strong in medical, I've taught myself ways to heal myself, others and animals in real life and would like to put these skills into an ic situation. Oocly I am trying to become a nurse after I graduate from college and studying online would be fun before I would have to do things for real and to live off of, also with someone's life on the line. I like working under stress, meeting new people and cooperating, also being given strict instructions. I love to roleplay and will be on frequently to get a good day's worth, which can go on for hours.
11 - Weaknesses = I'm not really into romance and would like for it to stay that way, but doesn't mean it wouldn't happen. I don't like drama, thus why I like the rules of respecting each other, also the Starfleet rules icly.

In response to some posts on this thread (which have been deleted as they were unnecessary), please remember to treat each other politely on these forums. This applies to everyone from admins to brand new members.

In regards to the species, yes, we most definitely want to limit the number of non-trek races we see here, however we will approve certain other races on a case-by-case basis (take Jorune, for example, draenei are from the WoW continuity, but the race still fits into our continuity just fine). I personally always keep this at the forefront of my mind in contributing to the decision-making process.

Also, if someone has an issue with another member, especially in the application process, please speak with myself or another member of the admin team first. I am not singling out this thread, but it was the one I was on when I decided to post something.
